When will I notice a difference?
The seller writes that most people notice softer steps on the first day, and advises giving your feet one to two weeks to get used to the firmer arch support. Start with a few hours a day. We have no measurements of our own on this.
How do I choose the right size?
Take the size that matches your usual shoe size. If you fall between two, take the larger one. The choice runs 35-36, 37-38, 39-40, 41-42, 43-44 and 45-46. Trim lines at the toe let you fine tune the fit.
Which shoes do they suit?
Most everyday shoes with a removable insole, so trainers, running shoes, work shoes and casual shoes. Very narrow or flat shoes such as court shoes or ballet flats can get tight.
Do they help with flat feet or overpronation?
